Welcome to Chowdhury Manufacture. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Chowdhury Manufacture and its clients regarding the sale, production, and delivery of garments. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Products and Services
- We offer a wide range of garment products, including custom orders, across both knit and woven fabrics.
- The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per product.
- Orders can be placed via email or through an online meeting.
2. Order Placement, Payments, and Cancellation
- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed after the receipt of 50% advance payment.
- Production Time: The time required for production depends on the size and complexity of the order, which will be communicated during the order process.
- Order Cancellation Policy:
- Within 2 days: Full refund of advance payment.
- After 3 days: 25% refund of advance payment.
- After 10 days: No refund of advance payment.
3. Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, L/C, Payoneer.
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% advance payment to confirm the order.
- 50% due when products are handed over to the courier.
- Credit Terms: Available to regular clients with prior agreement.
- Late Payments: If payment is delayed, shipment of the product will also be delayed accordingly.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
- We ensure on-time production and will remain in close communication with clients throughout the process.
- Shipping will be arranged by a third-party courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers once the product is dispatched.
- Tracking information will be shared with clients upon dispatch.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
- Returns:
- If the return is due to buyer’s reasons, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, 100% refund will be provided.
- Replacements: Defective products will be replaced if reported within the agreed timeframe.
- Return Shipping Costs: Must be covered by the buyer, except in cases where the defect is our fault.
6. Quality Assurance and Certifications
- We are committed to quality and conduct factory inspections upon request.
- We are responsible for ensuring compliance with any required certifications requested by the client.
- Our factories follow essential fire safety protocols and eco-friendly practices.
7. Liability and Responsibilities
- We are not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by third parties (e.g., customs, natural disasters, or couriers).
- Clients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs delays in the destination country.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- The client retains full ownership of any designs provided for production.
- We will seek written permission from the client to use any designs or products for promotional purposes.
9. Confidentiality
- We treat all client information and designs with the utmost confidentiality. No proprietary information will be disclosed without permission.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
- In the event of disputes, we prefer arbitration or mediation within Bangladesh to resolve issues.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms as needed.
- Regular clients will be notified of any changes via email.
